Our Premium membership gives you full access to all of the 8 Week Specialized Courses that PPK Philly has to offer. Each one will help refine and perfect your parkour movement. We currently offer three programs that rotate out every 8 weeks. Each program is detailed out to breakdown each specialization and teach it to our students in a highly efficient and effective manner. These programs are set out to cultivate each practitioners skills and mindset into clean and efficient athletes, ready to take on all parkour has to offer.

Fear & Flow

This course will focus on increasing overall movement fluidity through the practice of drills and challenges that involve skills focused on clean movements and connections. Some challenges will be mentally difficult to work on fear and increase the practitioners overall movement confidence.

Strength

Our parkour strength course will focus on increasing overall body strength through the practice of drills and challenges that involve skills such as a climb-up, handstands, and precision jumps.

flips

Our 8 week flip course will go over how to do all of the basics flips such as backflips, side-flips, and front flips. We will break down each flip into drills that will strengthen each flips takeoff, rotation, and landing. Knowing these basic flips will help you learn more complex flips later on.
